IS SHIPPING INSURED? DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

Orders will always arrive with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE IT SHIPS?

Every order is completely different. Please allow up to 5 weeks for custom jewelry. For fine fashion jewelry, you can expect to receive your item within 10 business days via FedEx or USPS.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you to be satisfied. If for some reason you want to return an item, return requests must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery. The refund will be processed in the form of store credit within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. All returns must be shipped in their original packaging via FedEx or USPS with the signature required.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, brand new and in perfect condition. All items will be inspected within 7 business days upon return. We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our criteria.

After passing our inspection process, you will receive store credit for the full amount of purchase which can be applied toward another purchase.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the expense of the return shipping. We do not refund the cost of shipping unless we have sent an item in error.
